Growing up with a single mother who worked tirelessly taught me the importance of having a purpose in life. Despite achieving success in my early career, I felt unfulfilled and lost until a chance encounter at a co-working event opened my eyes to the world of entrepreneurship. I took a leap of faith, leaving my corporate job in 2012 to start my first business venture RampUp.

Through hard work and determination, I was able to create opportunities for others while finding my own purpose in the process. I developed the Complete Recruiter System, a 6-step framework centered around human desire, personally generated $100M+ in candidate offers, co-led the business strategy and development of an AI-driven recruitment automation platform, raised venture funding, and achieved a strategic portfolio exit.

When I'm not working, you can find me and my wife Rachel exploring the great outdoors with our Golden Retriever Howey, searching for that hidden gem of a restaurant, or traveling to new and exciting places.
